The data you send through the form (name, email, optional phone and message) or on WhatsApp, only to answer your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a quote or a commission.

Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form and, where relevant, steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b).

Recipients

The form is delivered through Web3Forms, which forwards the message by email to the owner. WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta). The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Data is not shared for any other purpose.

Retention

For as long as the conversation or commission lasts, and then for the period required by law.
